Your calculations stay on your device. Every calculator on MoneyCrunchLab runs entirely in your browser. Values you enter are not submitted to our servers or stored in a database. New shareable links keep those values after the # in the URL, a fragment that browsers do not send in HTTP requests. When such a link opens, the page captures the values and removes the fragment before third-party scripts load; the active values are then kept only in that browser tab’s local history state. Anyone you give the original link to can read the values it contains.
Legacy links created before July 24, 2026 may contain calculator values in the query string. The page migrates those values to local browser state when it loads, but the initial request may already have reached our hosting provider.
Hosting and essential request data
Netlify hosts and delivers MoneyCrunchLab. Like any web host and content delivery network, it receives technical data needed to answer and secure a request, such as the requested URL, IP address, timestamp, user-agent, and request identifiers. Calculator values stored after # are not part of that request; the legacy query-string exception is described above. This technical data is processed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site, not to profile calculator inputs. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which calculators are useful. We configure every page and event to send its page URL and referrer without any query string or fragment. Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. Where consent is required, analytics and advertising storage are off by default until you make a choice in Google’s privacy message.
Embedded calculators (the ?embed=1 widgets used on other websites) load no analytics and no advertising scripts at all. The iframe still requests the page from Netlify, so the essential hosting data described above may be processed.
Advertising
Advertising may fund this site. Google AdSense code can load on non-embedded pages for site review, ad serving, and measurement, even when no ad unit is displayed. Google may receive technical information such as the current page address after calculator input parameters and calculator-state fragments have been removed, browser details, and consent state, and may use cookies or similar technologies where allowed. Where consent is required, advertising storage is denied until you make a choice, and personalized ads do not run without your opt-in. Who we are & your rights (GDPR)
The data controller is Pierre-Antoine Beugnot (SilverBack Studio), the publisher identified in our legal notice. Normal browsing may involve essential hosting request data processed by Netlify, plus pseudonymous analytics and advertising data handled by Google (such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, consent state, and ad interactions). Hosting data is processed to deliver and secure the site. Google analytics and advertising storage use consent where required; limited audience measurement elsewhere relies on legitimate interest. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Google LLC processes relevant data in the United States under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You may request access, rectification, erasure, or object to processing at any time by writing to hello@moneycrunchlab.com; you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).

If you subscribe to the monthly rate refresh, your email address is collected through Netlify Forms (our hosting provider) and transferred to Brevo (our email-delivery provider), solely to send that one monthly email. We retain it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can request deletion at any time at hello@moneycrunchlab.com.

We do not sell personal information. For residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws: ad serving on this site is handled by Google, whose U.S. states privacy message applies. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com, or contact us at hello@moneycrunchlab.com to exercise any privacy right.
